Experienced Portable / Onsite Machinist for an upcoming offshore project in Angola. This is a specialist onsite machining role and is not suitable for general workshop fitters. Required experience: Minimum 3–5 years hands-on onsite machining experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or Shutdown environments. Strong experience with Flange Facing Machines, including ID and OD mount systems. Proven RF / FF flange machining experience, including phonographic / serrated finishes. Confident with setup, alignment, precision measurement and working to tight tolerances from drawings. Able to assess flange faces for corrosion, pitting and mechanical damage. Experience with portable milling, line boring, clamshell cutting and bevelling, or stud removal would be highly advantageous. Ideally candidates should already hold: BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS Valid Offshore Medical Valid Passport Yellow Fever Certificate Relevant trade qualification such as Fitter & Turner, Machinist or Mechanical Fitter H2S, Working at Heights or Confined Space certification is advantageous ​ INTERESTED IN THIS OPPORTUNITY?
